I don't remember the first time I said, "Today I will start with my projects", whatever it be. But I say "Today I will start my projects" ... I hope.

Mental note: "I really have no idea about somethings that currently happen".

This is not the way that I wish to begin the new year, I'm ill, I hope this not gonna be a signal for the rest of the year.

I didn't want to leave this year without write a last entry in this blog. I now that Im not a regular writer but I think that one of my purposes for the next year will write more often over here.

Nothing special, just wish to all who come here a prosper new year 2009, I hope next year will be better for us, me and my family.

Thinking better next year should be our year, It have to be better for us.

I think it's amazing the amount of visits that receive this blog, if we believe that i don't update regulary.

There are almost two months since my last post at Livejournal, ufff, as time passes, well i'm back, i'm not going to write everything in english since now, as i wrote in the last post, I recently started to study English, again, and i need some practice, i don't have who with talk so i just write here :-).

I can seize to say that i don't like the ads added by the Livejournal staff to the blogs even if are basic accounts, but well i think i can't do anything, wait i can do something, mmmm, i can change Livejournal to Wordpress, Blogger or other, i'm gonna think about it.

No, I'm not dead I'm just lazy :-). Yesterday I began an english course but not at Centro Nacional de Lenguas Extranjeras where I studied time ago, this course is payed by the company where I work so it's at my job, it is for intermediate level I hope I can remember the basics, because if I don't, most probably I should have to back to a lower level.


This post is for practice, hope didn't do many errors.

Lo confieso, me he vuelto muy flojo, ultimamente no he hecho nada significativo, lo mas que he hecho es que en uno de esos ratos de perder el tiempo reflexione que Debian se me había trabado varias veces desde que lo instale en la portátil, raro pero cierto, asi que sin nada mejor que hacer decidí volverlo a instalar y como me gusta andar trasteando con la máquina no guarde archivos de configuración ni nada, asi que en eso me he estado medio entreteniendo, en poner a punto mi Debian, de momento falta configurar samba para poder ver mis videos y películas a través del xbox, con ayuda de XBMC, en la tv, la tarjeta inalámbrica que nunca se ha dejado echar a andar, hay mas cosillas pero esas son las mas importantes.
Dejo una captura de pantalla de como se ve hasta ahora el desktop, utilizo como ya mencione Debian Etch y de momento IceWM como window manager con un wallpaper que me encontre en Flickr.
Si alguien tiene un tip para echar a andar la wireless que me lo pase, mi máquina es una Compaq EVO n610c la tarjeta ien cuestión la traía incluida se trata de una WLAN 200, que he leído funciona con el driver orinoco pero conmmigo nomas no quiere.

Hasta ahora mis imágenes las había estado almacenando en Flickr, pero me ha dado la curiosidad por localizarlas en un mapa web, lo he hecho en Flickr con resultados regulares, he probado también en Picasa aprovechando que tengo mi cuenta de gmail y hay mas detalle a la hora de ubicarlas en el mapa, creo que me pasare a Picasa.

Aprovecho para presentarles a Daisy, como cada mañana, si no esta nublado, se pone a tomar el sol un rato.
